Notebook Driver ICs
mSilica¡¯s notebook family of LED drivers are highly integrated system-centric devices which have the boost converters and MOSFETs integrated on the chip. These parts require minimal external components and include internal digital compensation. Highly efficient with adaptive PowerSaver technology, these chips offer very accurate string current and string-to-string matching, fault detection and protection, overvoltage and thermal protection and a very wide dimming range for improved contrast.
mSilica supplies several reference design boards and a full-featured GUI for easy evaluation and design-in.
